Graveside services are being held for Lloyd Leon Molder, age 75, at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2002, in Citizens Cemetery with Rev. Bryan Knowles, Pastor of Community Fellowship Church in Clarendon, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Robertson Funeral Directors, Inc., in Clarendon.
Mr. Molder died Monday, July 22, 2002, in Clarendon. He was born April 15, 1927, in Haskell, Oklahoma, and had been a resident of Donley County most of his life. He married Betty Jo Armstrong on October 20, 1951, at Clarendon. He was employed by the Clarendon Consolidated Independent School District for several years before his retirement and had been a farmer most of his life. He was a US Marine Corps Veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Molder of Clarendon; five daughters, Geneva Mays of Clarendon; Kay McDaniel of Hugoton, KS; Julie Molder of Clarendon; Rita Mills of Electra; and Susan Woody of Gordonville; one sister, Faye Mobley of Amarillo; 16 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
