Cindy L. Ballard

Graveside services for Cindy L. Ballard, age 59, were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 26, 2004, in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley with Rev. Bryan Knowles, Pastor of the Community Fellowship Church in Clarendon, officiating.  Arrangements were under the direction of Robertson Funeral Directors, Inc., of Clarendon.

Mrs. Ballard died Tuesday, July 20, 2004, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.  She was born November 25, 1944, in Fort Worth and was a long time resident of Hedley until moving to Ocean Springs three years ago.  She married Bobby Charles Ballard on January 31, 1975 in Rosenburg, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Gulfport Elks Lodge #978.

She was preceded in death by her husband on January 1, 2000, and her parents, Lenward and Marjorie Nichols.

Survivors include two daughters, DeLisa Noack of Rocklin, California, and Lynn McMillan of Ocean Springs; two stepsons, Mark Ballard and Jim Ballard, both of Houston; two sisters, Kay Klein of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Gloria Strieg of Houston; and eight grandchildren.
