Mr. Russell was born March 28, 1938, in Westwood, California, to Lee Dean and Bernice Vogel Russell. His family settled in Red Bluff, CA, where he lived until joining the US Navy in 1965. His life with the military took him to many countries, and he was decorated for his participation with a commendation and Purple Heart in Vietnam. He married the former Jacqueline Morrow on December 8, 1967, at Bremerton, Washington. They were residents of Canton, OH, before moving to Clarendon 14 years ago. He was very much loved by all and will be missed dearly.
