Frank Eric Saunders, 18, died Thursday, September 4, 2008, in Wheeler County.

Services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2008, in the First Baptist Church in Hedley with Rev. Bruce Howard, Pastor, officiating. Burial followed at Rowe Cemetery in Hedley. Services were under the arrangement of Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.

Frank was born October 17, 1989, in Kingsville, to Bobby Jack and Patricia Ann Ramirez Saunders. He had been a resident of Hedley and McLean and had just graduated high school this year from McLean. He was a member of the McLean Volunteer Fire Department & Trinity Church in McLean.

Survivors include his father, Bobby Jack Saunders of Kingsville, Texas; his mother, Patricia Ann Saunders of Hedley; his grandparents, Francisco and Consuelo Ramirez of Hedley; two uncles, Frankie and Armondo Ramirez; two aunts, Norma and Connie Ramirez; three sisters, Kelsey, Starlette, and Patricia Ramirez; a nephew Javier Ramirez, all of Hedley; and a brother, Mitch Stewart of Pampa.
