The Calculator Applications team was 2nd place overall, with Amber Burnam coming in 2nd individually and Elizabeth Garcia placing 8th. Katrina Johnson, Cheyenne Kosachata, and Sierra Shelp rounded out the team.
The Social Studies team also placed 2nd, with Marlee Sargent placing 4th and Benedikt Grieger placing 5th. Number Sense and Mathematics teams placed 4th in the contest involving 13 schools, including Borger, Pampa, River Road, Perryton, Dalhart, West Texas, and Canadian. Competitors in these events included Dylan Pettit (6th Number Sense), Pete Howard, Sarah Kwon (6th Mathematics), Amber Burnam, Katrina Johnson, Joey Allen, and Reid Copelin.
Also competing for Hedley were Patricia Valles, Ethan Naylor, Sierra Shelp, and Kayla Elam in Current Issues and Events, and Laura Howard, who competed in Spelling.
