Joyce Jo Haire

Joyce Jo Haire, 71, died Thursday, September 25, 2014, in Amarillo.

Graveside services were held Saturday, September 27, 2014, in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley with Rev. Paul Dunn, Pastor of the Bethel Baptist Church of Canyon, officiating.

Burial followed at Rowe Cemetery in Hedley.

Arrangements were under the direction of Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.

Joyce was born February 19, 1943, in Pampa to Clifton and Donnie Mae Selby. She married Don Doyle Haire on March 5, 1959, in Boise City, Oklahoma. She had been resident of Pampa the past 10 years and she was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death her father.

She is survived by her husband, Don Haire of Pampa; her mother, Donnie Mae Selby of Hedley; a son, Wayne Haire of Pampa; 5 daughters, Donna Sweet of Pampa, Delina Sheets of Amarillo, Devon Everett of Yancy, Derenda Whitten of Amarillo, and Daphina Park of Denton; 3 brothers, Don Selby of Las Vegas, NV, Eldon Selby of Pampa, and Daniel Selby of Canadian; 4 sisters, Katherine Blackwell of Dumas, Elaine Selby of Hedley, Sherry Rippetoe of Clarendon, and Shelia Moore of Amarillo; 24 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
