Janet Peggram Harris passed on to her eternal destination on Saturday, December 20, 2013, after long struggle with Alzheimer’s and other illnesses.
Janet was born October 8, 1935, in Golston, Texas. She spent most of her years in the Clarendon area. While she resided in Liberal, Kansas she worked as a caregiver in younger years. She loved her kids and animals.
She married Benny Leroy Harris on June 20, 1974, in Potter County, Amarillo,.
She was survived by her husband Benny Leroy Harris, one daughter Terry A. Sims and husband Ronny of Clarendon, two sons Wildon Garrett of Larnett, Kansas, Steven Micheal McCauly and wife Tina of New Albany, Indiana. Seven grandkids Rachel Ann McCauly of Tennessee, Jenny Ann McCauly of new Albany, Indiana, Lacuisha Smith of Hedley, Janet Marie (McCauly) Size of Kansas, Alaunda Ann McCauly and sisters Kaliea Ann Kashea Ann all of Louiseville, Kentucky. Five great grandchildren Wildon Casey and twin siblings of New Albany, Indiana, Randy Carl and Eliena Smith of Hedley.
She will be missed by most who knew her closely.
