Donley Judge Jack Hall and Precinct 2 Commissioner Donnie Hall were honored with a reception Saturday at the Donley County Activity Center to celebrate their service to the county. Judge Hall (left) will retire at the end of this month after leading the county since 1997. Commissioner Hall began his service in 1999 and is also retiring this month.
