Lori Howard, Clarendon’s Cooperative Observer for the National Weather Service, measured 5.42” over the last week. Greenbelt Water Authority General Manager Bobbie Kidd said the lake has risen 3.05 feet since last Monday and 4.12 feet since January 1, and he estimates the reservoir captured 4.43 million gallons with last week’s rains.Shown here water rages off the school practice field.Photo by Roger Estlack
