4-H member wins scholarship

Kati Adams of Hedley has won a ,000 Ft. Worth Stock Show Syndicate in memory of James M. Norman Memorial Scholarship. Adams, a member of Donley 4-H, plans to attend Clarendon College. More than 55,000 Texas youth are members of 4-H community clubs in the state. The program, part of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, prepares youth to meet the challenges of childhood, adolescence and adulthood, through educational experiences in leadership, citizenship and life skills.
