Adam Brantley Royal, 22, passed away Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, in Arlington.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Adam was born Sept. 27, 1993, in Canyon to Lonnie Joe Royal and Christina Helen Leathers Royal. He spent most of his life in Arlington and was a member of Grace Baptist Church. He graduated from Martin High School in 2012 and Parker University in Dallas in 2013. He enjoyed LARPing, anime conventions and animation. He collected knives and comic books and was very creative. Adam also loved hunting and the outdoors and spending time on his grandma’s farm with friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Leroy Leathers.
He is survived by his parents, Lonnie and Chris Royal; sister, Rebecca Royal; maternal grandmother, Allene Leathers; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Darlene Royal; several aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; and a host of friends.
