Historic field trip May 3, 2017 by Morgan Wheatly Leave a Comment Clarendon second graders learn about pre-historic animals that roamed the Panhandle during a trip to the Panhandle Plains Historical Museum in Canyon last Friday. The tour also included a scavenger hunt in the museum’s Pioneer Town and learning about the lives of native Americans. Students later enjoyed lunch at Amarillo’s famous Big Texan Steak Ranch.
