Emergency personnel assist Richard Miller after law enforcement officers say he failed to yield the right of way last Tuesday morning at US 287 and South Hwy 70 and ran into the side of a semi truck driven by Larry Simpson of DeLeon Texas Miller was transported by ambulance to North West Texas Hospital with non incapacitating injuries according to a report from the Donley County Sheriffs Office Enterprise Photo Roger Estlack
