Eagle Scout Steven Mills was recognized last week by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Texas as being the runner up for the State Scout of the Year for 2022 Mills was presented the honor by members of the VFW last Tuesday at the First Christian Church He is a member of Scouts BSA Troop 433 in Clarendon Enterprise Photo
