Vehicles at the home of Bill and Deanna Cornell were badly damaged late Sunday night when a freak storm tore their carport apart southeast of Clarendon. A third car not visible here because it remained under the wreckage. At least two of the vehicles were totaled by the damage. The storm, which was accompanied by heavy rain, also damaged other structures and trees in the area.
