The Howardwick Christmas for Kids event on December 14 was a big success with Santa Claus coming to hand out toys to local kids and to honor the members of the City of Howardwick Volunteer Fire Department Mindy LaRue Single and Matt Moore were excellent as elves and Mayor Pro Tem Johnny Floyd served as Santa with Harley LaCroix being Mrs Claus The fire departments two quarter beef winners were Tannis McMorries and Amy and Randalyn Schlinker<br >Courtesy Photos
