The Clarendon Volunteer Fire Dept. and local TxDOT personnel were called to an accident at US 287 at Carhart Street Monday morning after a pickup driven by Clayton Crofoot of Clarendon ran into a westbound Kensworth tractor –trailer rig, impacting the passenger side diesel tank.
