Emergency personnel tend to truck driver Gorge Rangel, age 21, of Munday as DPS Trooper Chad Simpson investigates the rollover which took place on SH 70 between Clarendon and Brice last Wednesday just before noon. Simpson said Rangel was traveling north when he attempted to negotiate a curve at an unsafe speed.
