The Lady Broncos finished their year at 15-4 overall and 9-3 in District for a second place finish in their district race.
Clarendon took on Ralls in the first game of the playoffs scheduled for April 30. Results will be printed in next week’s Enterprise.
In a warm-up game, the Lady Broncos played Fritch and, according to head coach Gary Jack, got the revenge they were looking for.
“We came out on top 10-9,” Jack said. “It was good to get to play in between district and the playoffs. We did ok revenging an early season loss to Fritch.
“They beat us in our first game with only two practices, but we did a little better this time.”
The Lady Broncos will have played Ralls by press time, but they have high hopes to move on in post-season play.
“We play Ralls in the Bi-District round this Tuesday,” Jack said. “This is the same Ralls team that beat us in the playoffs last year. They are always a very solid team.”
