Service project December 9, 2015 by Morgan Wheatly Leave a Comment Life Scout Trent Smith receives a certificate of appreciation from Clarendon Mayor Larry Hicks Monday afternoon for his work in painting 20 fire hydrants around the city. Smith did the work as a service project as he works towards his Eagle Scout rank. The city puchased the paint, and Trent along with his father and brother, David and Tyler, put in a total of 92 hours scraping and painting the hydrants. Enterprise Photo / Elaina Estlack
