The Texas Department of Transportation’s Amarillo District would like to congratulate Gary Morris and Joel Ceniceros from Clarendon, contract inspectors of the Pampa Area Engineer’s office on their 15 years of service with the Department. Their dedication to the citizens of Texas is greatly appreciated. They were recognized at the TxDOT District office on January 14, 2016 for their accomplishments.
