Up in smoke March 23, 2016 by Morgan Wheatly Leave a Comment A large pile of discarded railroad crossties went up in flames on E. Rosenfield Street Sunday morning, March 20. Clarendon Fire Chief Jeremy Powell said volunteer firemen were paged to the blaze about 7 a.m. and stayed on the scene until noon.
