Jean Page Eastlake of Wimberley, Texas, died September 10, 2016, at the age of 69 years.
Jean was born November 3 in Dallas, spending her early years in Midlothian. She graduated from Midwestern State University with a Master’s Degree in English and later earned her Early Childhood Education credential in Boulder, Colo.
Jean loved raising her children, teaching preschool, working in the United Methodist Church, and actively pursuing justice for all through the Barnabas Connection and Reconciling Ministries Network.
Jean is survived by her husband Robert Eastlake; one son Dr. John Eastlake and daughter-in-law Dr. Erin Flynn; one daughter Katherine Eastlake; a brother Dr. John Page, sister-in-law Nancy Page and a niece Caroline Page; a brother Bill Page; brother-in-law Dan Eastlake, sister-in-law Barbara Eastlake, nephews David Eastlake and Michael Eastlake, and niece Rosemary Kharat.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Wimberley United Methodist Church, in Wimberley at 2 p.m.
