Emergency personnel respond to a Sunday evening accident at Third and Kearney involving two vehicles The Associated Ambulance Authority treated victims on the scene but no one was transported The Donley County Sheriffs Office said a 2016 Chrysler driven by 22 year old Austin Miranda was traveling west on Third and did not yield at the stop sign Mirandas vehicle struck the side of a 2004 Ford sport utility vehicle driven by 22 year old Keandre Cortez going south on Kearney causing the Ford to spin around 180 degrees and come to rest facing north Miranda told the deputy the sun was in his eyes He received a citation for failing to yield at the stop sign Enterprise Photo Roger Estlack
