Sections of rock wall terraces in Clarendon’s Prospect Park were in ruins last week after vandals left their park on the landmark. City Administrator David Dockery said the city is still looking for information about who might have done the damage to the structures, which were built of native stone in the 1930s as a Civilian Conservation Corps project.
