Donley County won the first ever “Food Fight” contest at Tri-State Fair. 4-H Food Challenge teams were invited to compete in the contest. Teams were given 30 minutes to prepare a dish of their choice before being judged on teamwork, preparation, quality of dish and knowledge of food safety and nutritional facts. All food preparation was done for the public to watch as teams created their dish. The Donley County 4-H Senior team created a beautiful corn salad. The team consisted of Tylee Williams, Krista Reynolds, Cody Parker, and Amber Keelin.
