Cassidy Riza, a senior at Joshua High School, signed a letter of intent to play volleyball at Wayland Baptist University in Plainview recently. Riza, a three-year letter winner for the Joshua Owls, was named to the 1st Team All-District, 1st Team All-County, and 1st Team Academic All-State, and she was named the team’s MVP at the annual team banquet. Clarendon ISD has collected 2,771 Box Tops and 200 Campbell’s Labels for Education and the elementary school will get a check for $271 to use toward its annual AR trip to Wonderland in May.
