Eagle Scout Steven Mills was recognized last week by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Texas as being the runner-up for the State Scout of the Year for 2022. Mills was presented the honor by members of the VFW last Tuesday at the First Christian Church. He is a member of Scouts BSA Troop 433 in Clarendon. Enterprise Photo
